Our Brands
The founders' fascination with Indian flavors, coupled with an undying passion for the F&B industry, gave birth to The जनता Project. An accountant by education, the founder nurtured this idea ever since he was introduced to the art of cooking during his University days. His interest in unique flavors along with his stint in the F&B industry helped him develop a variety of lip smacking recipes ready to be delivered to the Janata via multiple mediums.
The Samosa Man derives its inspiration from one of India’s most beloved fried foods -The Samosa. Having appeared in the Indian Sub – Continent post the invasion of Central Asian Turkic dynasties between the 10th and 13th century, found in Arab cookery books under the name Sanbusak, & thoroughly enjoyed by princes & nobles in the 14th & 15th century – The Samosa has indeed evolved into a legendary snack, consumed and savored by more than a billion people.
